GENERAL RESERVATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Children's Policy: This is an adults-only hotel.

Triple occupancy: A 40% supplement applies for a third adult, only in Junior Suite and Suite (on request).

No Shows: The first night is charged. For reservations of more than two days, 100% of the total stay is charged.

Cancellation Policy: You can cancel free of charge up to two days before arrival. After that, if you cancel, your card will be charged for the first night.

The Lobby Sevilla hotel makes every effort to provide the information contained on its website accurately and without typographical errors. Should any such error occur, which is beyond the control of Lobby Sevilla, it will be corrected as soon as possible and the user will be provided with the information and options established by current legislation.

Obvious errors in prices:
The hotel reserves the right to cancel any reservation whose price is affected by a technical or human error that is clearly identifiable as an unrealistic or manifestly disproportionate price. In these cases, the guest will be duly informed and, if possible, offered an alternative price adjusted to the correct rate.
